What happens when you rebound, get a lymphatic massage and eat a lymphatic diet?

Image
When you do all three, this is what happens to you! Combining rebounding, lymphatic drainage, and a supporting diet will likely lead to a significantly elevated sense of well-being due to a synergy of physical and mental benefits. While individual experiences will vary, the integrated approach could result in sustained high energy, reduced stress, and an overall feeling of rejuvenation.  How the combined approach enhances well-being: Component Physical benefits Mental and emotional benefits Rebounding *    Boosts lymphatic flow: The up-and-down motion stimulates the one-way valves in the lymphatic system to help circulate fluid and clear waste. *    Improves energy: Increased oxygen and nutrient circulation can combat fatigue. *    Supports joint health: It's a low-impact exercise that is gentle on the joints. *    Increases endorphins: Like other forms of exercise, rebounding releases mood-boosting, feel-good chemicals. *   ...

Can Eating Better Reduce Inflammation?

Adopting a lymphatic diet and receiving lymphatic drainage massage work together to support the lymphatic system, which is crucial for immune function, waste removal, and fluid balance. While the diet provides the necessary nutrients for the system to function optimally, massage directly stimulates the flow of lymph fluid. Benefits of a lymphatic diet: • Reduces inflammation: An anti-inflammatory diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids, can help reduce systemic inflammation that can impair lymphatic flow. • Enhances detoxification: Foods with natural detoxifying properties, such as garlic, ginger, and leafy greens, help cleanse the lymph and blood. • Improves hydration: High-water-content fruits and vegetables, like cucumbers and melons, help keep lymph fluid thin and moving easily through the vessels. • Maintains fluid balance: A diet that is low in sodium and avoids processed foods helps prevent fluid retention and swelling. • Supports imm...

Lining Up with Your Dream

Image
Lining Up with Your Dream Knowing how to line up is easy if you practice. What are you supposed to be practicing, seems to be the question? And what is the purpose of this line up? Lining up can be as simple as knowing what you like or love, how you like it, the smell of the thing you like. For example, if you know what fresh air smells like and this is something that you feel like belongs in your life, then line up with it. Imagine you are there in your place where you smell the fresh air. Take a few moments to connect to that. Breathe, take no less than six deep slow breaths. Your eyes should be closed. Your thoughts should be on fresh air. Once you have reached a state of meditation, stay there for at least 15 minutes. Set an alarm to gently return to a normal state. Immediantely write down any thoughts you may have had during your meditation. The purpose for the lineup is to connect you to your higher self. Your higher self knows all, it is spirit. Spiritually connecting clears yo...

Breath Work and The Mind

Image
Breathe deeper than you ever have! When you challenge yourself to breathe deeply everything moves within your body. The movement of your ribs massages your spine. Your brain and your spine never stop sending signals to the body. Breathing deeply will wake up your mind in a good way, like a clean caffeine buzz without the jitters. Inhaling and exhaling deeply will increase your metabolism, removes excess carbon dioxide, and wakes up your mind. As your mind settles down into a more productive way your body responds. Your brain is a muscle, learning how to control your breath you will inadvertently control your mind, but you must learn how to focus on the breath. During your breath work add a one- word mantra, like joy or compassion.  Try exhaling out of your mouth all the air you can, then inhale in through your nose as much as you can. Repeat this on a 6 count. Find a rhythm. Continue for as long as you can. Now exhale out your mouth, inhale through your nose expand your belly...

What is a Reiki Session?

Image
A Reiki session is a healing opportunity for a person, animal or a situation. The healing energy of Reiki is channeled by the Reiki Practitioner. The Pratitioner allows the Reiki energy to aid in the healing. Reiki will go to the area needed the most. The pratitioner is only a channel for the energy to travel through. The channeling is similar to praying or chanting. The Partitioner is a clear channel to allow Reiki to pass from the Universal Life Force to the person that is receiving the energy. Sessions can be done in person, group sessions or distantly. Reiki is not a religion, its non-denominational.  .  Reiki can aid in healing for cancer, trauma, emotional healing, grief and many other situations. I have helped many people with grief, trauma, self-esteem. Sessions are typically an hour to 90 minutes. The receiver may need more than 1 session.  People are left with a sense of calm or peace.  Namaste. danielaastevenson.amtamembers.com
